ConclusionsOlder age and GIT involvement in IgA vasculitis affect renal involvement and may lead to nephrotic-level proteinuria. In contrast, ANA, anti-dsDNA, RF, ANCA, factor XIII, fibrinogen and vWF levels were not related to organ involvement.
