ConclusionsLSRP caused by SIF is an entity all radiologists should be cognizant of, especially in cases of otherwise unexplained radicular symptoms. The diagnosis of SIF can be helpful in cases involving concomitant multilevel lumbar spondylosis and neural foraminal stenosis.
