Management of labor and infection control practices in a Q fever-infected patient
We present a case of a 30-year-old patient who was diagnosed with Q fever at about 26 weeks of pregnancy (). She was partially treated with cotrimoxazole for 2 weeks, but therapy was discontinued because she developed a drug allergy and refused further antibiotic treatment.
