Most of the time, it’s not just what we eat, but how we prepare it, that determines the nutritional value and overall “healthfulness” of our foods. A common point of concern is in the use of cooking oils, like vegetable oil. Having, many times, seen members of my community on Facebook ask for clarification on the role cooking oils play in our diet, I decided to film a video on this topic.
