Sp1 promotes dental pulp stem cell osteoblastic differentiation through regulating noggin

In conclusion, our study revealed that Sp1 regulates DPSCs osteoblastic differentiation through noggin and that Sp1/noggin can provide new perspective for enhancing DPSCs osteogenesis.
