should all work places have a defibrillator?

The daily mail may not be the most standard source of cardiology research but I think they have a point here. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/money/news/article-2408349/Workplaces-defibrillator-risking-staff-lives-heart-attacks.html   The new model automated defibs are really easy to use and you can but one for £1000 that will last about 8 years. sadian
