Raising awareness: EAS says FH underdiagnosed and undertreated

The EAS says that while the theoretical prevalence of heterozygous FH is 1/500, some estimates suggest that the true prevalence of heterozygous FH is 1/200. Globally, less than 1% of individuals with FH are diagnosed.
