Right drugs, inadequate dose: Do AMI performance measures need dosing data?

A new analysis looking at discharge medications in almost 7000 AMI patients found that while most patients are leaving hospitals on the recommended drugs, the vast majority are not getting doses that will actually help them avoid future events.
