Efficacy of miltefosine therapy against subcutaneous experimental pythiosis in rabbits

This study indicates that miltefosine has limited efficacy against pythiosis and furthers in vitro and in vivo studies are necessary to determine the possible potential of this drug in the treatment of pythiosis.
