What are, in order of frequency valvular lesions due to Rheumatic Heart Disease?

I couldn't get a grip on what is the order of frequency of valvular lesions due to rhumatic heart disease. Basically, I know left valvular lesions are more frequent then the right ones.Anyone could recommend a good resource?
