Left ventricular pseudoaneurysm is a rare and life threatening event. We are reporting a young 22 years old female with unknown etiology of pseudoaneurysm, who was previously been managed as a psychiatric case and musculoskeletal pain. On subsequent investigation and confirmation with cardiac MRI, aneurysectomy was done. This is a rare case in young women of 22 years old with ventricular pseudoaneurysm of unknown etiology. Considering the high risk for rupture of ventricular pseudoaneurysm surgical resection was mandatory with no complication intra and post procedure.
