MDConsult Cancelled

Thomas Jefferson University’s subscription to MDConsult ended on July 31, 2013. A significant reduction in the Library’s collection budget necessitated the cancellation of this product.
We have retained as much of the book and journal content as possible on other platforms. Access to all but 17 of the 50 MDConsult e-book titles will still be available through links in the Library’s catalog. The missing titles were published in 2009 or earlier and are unfortunately not available through other e-book vendors. There are hundreds of ebooks available in the library’s catalog. Search for a specific ebook title, or view our complete collection of ebooks, here.
The Library already had institutional subscriptions to some of the journals contained within MDConsult and access to several of the most heavily-used journals and Clinics will still be available through links in the Full Text Electronic Journal List. In some cases these subscriptions contain more years of content than previously available.
We also recommend that you try UpToDate, now available off campus and for mobile devices, as a resource for clinical information or use Lexicomp to find drug information.
