The structures of these compounds were examined with spectroscopic methods, and also by comparing to previously reported spectroscopic data. Among them, ten compounds (1–3, 9 and 15–20) are reported for the first time for this species, and all compounds with prenyl substitutions have not been identified in other species of genus Daphne, or even in the family Thymelaeaceae. We also describe the chemotaxonomic significance of these compounds.
