Noninvasive assessment of increases in microvascular endothelial function following repeated bouts of hyperaemia

ConclusionsSpectral analysis appears sufficiently sensitive to measure changes over time in cutaneous endothelial activity that are consistent with standard physiological (local heating) and pharmacological (acetylcholine) interventions of assessing cutaneous endothelial function, and may be useful not only in research but also clinical diagnosis and treatment.
