Histologic variability and diverse oncologic outcomes of prostate sarcomas.

CONCLUSIONS: The disease-specific survival rate of prostate sarcoma is poor. However, sarcoma that is detected early shows a better result with proper management including surgical intervention with radio-chemotherapy than with no treatment.
