An Answer to the Question: Does anybody know how to do a weight loss detox?

I thought I’d post this question from Bicarra since a lot of people seem to be asking it lately: I am 17 years old and I am getting quite fat. I’d like to do a 7-day detox or a 14-day detox. I’d like to know actual meal options and times that they should be consumed as well as exercise tips. I’ve looked all over the internet and nothing has helped. Thankyou! Answer: “Detox” is short for detoxification and detoxification is a natural process involving your liver and kidneys and there is nothing you can do to effect it.
