ChaoAbstractAllogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) has the potential for providing a cure for several hematologic malignancies. This review summarizes evidence that will provide insights into factors that influence outcomes in allogeneic HSCT and whether this curative therapy could be used right at diagnosis.
