Keirsey Temperament Sorter (KTS-II)

The Keirsey Temperament Sorter (KTS-II) is a self-administered personality test which is used by such companies as Coca-Cola, AT & T, and the United States Air Force.  While related in theory to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator assessment, there are differences, especially in the final descriptions of each subset of each assessment.  This assessment was created by Dr. David Keirsey. The KTS-II is offered on site in English, French, German, Spanish (Internationally), and Latin American Spanish.  There are 70 questions, with 2 answers on each question.  A person can enter a password to return and keep their results secure and see them in the future if needed, which may be beneficial if they are interested in a personality assessment. You can become a KTS-II administrator, or become certified as well.  Or just for yourself, take the assessment, and see how you score.  It is well worth the time!
