Sensitive Detection of Iodine in Rat Brain Dialysate by Dark Field Microscopy Based on Iodine Etching Au@Ag Nanocubes

This study investigated the reaction process between Au@Ag nanocubes (Au@Ag NCs). Further, Au@Ag NCs was used as a probe to detect different concentrations of I-/I2 under a dark field microscope (DFM), and the detection limit was 17 nM. At the same time, it was successfully applied to the detection of I-/I2 in rat brain dialysis fluid with recover method.
