Safety and efficacy of a small aperture capsular bag fixated intraocular lens in eyes with severe corneal irregularities

Intraocular lens (IOL) surgery in eyes with severe corneal irregularities is challenging. The aim of this study was to implant a small aperture lens (IC-8, Acufocus) in these cases to reduce high order aberrations and provide better central visual acuity.
