Flint Defendants: 6th Circuit Should Reverse; Bodily Integrity Claim Fails

CINCINNATI - Some of the defendants in the Flint lead-contaminated water crisis litigation on Aug. 22 filed an opening appeal brief in the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, arguing that it should reverse a district court's decision and rule that the plaintiffs have failed to state a substantive due process bodily integrity claim (Luke Waid, et al. v. Richard D. Snyder, et al., No. 19-1425, 6th Cir.).
