Bag-in-the-lens implantation avoids posterior synechiae of the iris after phacovitrectomy

To compare the rate of occurrence of posterior synechiae of the iris (PSI) after phacovitrectomy between a group with Lens-In-the-Bag (LIB) implantation, i.e. implantation in the capsular bag and a group with Bag-In-the-Lens (BIL) implantation.
