Swollen/hard lymph nodes on head/neck terrible headaches

Hi, this is my first time on this forum needing some advice. To make a long story short, I discovered two lumps on the left side of my neck about two months ago. A month later I started having terrible headaches/migraines. Physician put me on antibiotics for 10 days. A lump appeared on the right side of my neck. Physican then put me on another round of antibiotics for 10 days. A hard pea sized lump appeared on the right side on back of the head with more painful headaches. Physician tested for mono twice, came back negative. My blood work shows that I am anemic now. I also now have a quarter sized hard lump on the left back side of my head, with the two original lumps on left side of neck appearing larger. The physician gave me pain medicine for my headaches because I recently have Von Wildebrand's Disease (blood clotting disorder) and cannot take ibuprofen due to the disease. I am feeling like I don't know what to do, but I don't feel right. I don't like going to the doctor, but I am scared what these lumps may be. When I got my blood results back, it showed there were no indications of an infection that I am fighting off. Where do I go from here? What specialist would be ideal for me to go to? Thank you, Tabitha
