ConclusionsThe incidence of CIN was slightly lower in PIS as compared to PPCI; however, this reduction was not statistically significant. The independent predictors of CIN were advanced age, history of diabetes mellitus and hypertension, high dose of contrast agent, and cardiogenic shock.
