Histological, epidemiological and anatomical analysis of 193 bone tumours of the scapula
ConclusionsEvaluation of 193 bone tumours of the scapula revealed a high incidence of malignancy in this series, while increased patient age was identified as a potential risk factor for the development of a malignant lesion of the scapula. These findings highlight the importance of early diagnosis and treatment of suspicious lesions of the scapula to improve patient outcome.
