Integrating Complementary and Alternative Medicine Into Conventional Health Care System in Developing Countries: An Example of Amchi

This article discusses ways through which complementary and alternative medicine can be promoted and sustained as an integrated element of health care in developing countries. We specifically present the exemplary of Amchi traditional doctors of Northern Himalayas.
