Levels of Option B+ ART Drugs Adherence and Associated Factors among Pregnant Women Following ART Services at Public Health Facilities of East Shawa Zone, Oromia, Ethiopia

ConclusionEducational status, counseling on the health benefit of treatment for the fetus and the mothers, social and financial support favors adherence while fear of stigma and discrimination and drug side effects negatively affect adherence to option B+. The study calls for collaborative work among patients, healthcare professionals, and the public to enhance ART adherence.
