Undiagnosed Flank Pain 5months

Hello Everyone, I am a 26year old male and have had pain in my flank areas for the last 5 months. The pain is mostly on my right side but can also occur on my left side at times. The pain seems to be the worst while standing and the only thing that can really dull the pain is a hot shower or laying flat on my back, but even then at times the pains just don't go away. I have tried cutting foods out of my diet like gluten, stopped consuming caffeine, alcohol and I just can't seem to find a definite trigger to the pain. I have tried all pain relievers, muscle relaxers and a handfull of other meds with no ease to the pain. I have been in and out of the doctor's office every two weeks or so for months and they can't find the problem. Here is a list of tests done thus far: -Cat Scan -Xray of upper GI while drinking Barium dye (hurt my flank worse than ever!) -Endoscopy (Hurt bad when I came through after) -Ultrasound of abdomen, kidney, liver, gallbladder -Xray of spine -Blood tests for kidney, liver, pancreas functions -Blood tests for infectons, inflammation -Urinalysis for the works -Urinalysis to check my adrenal glands (waiting on that) Anyone have any ideas or have gone through something like this? I am absolutely miserable and am running out of ideas.
