ASPiH SCSN Scottish Symposium

ASPiH and the Scottish Clinical Skills Network (SCSN) are delighted to announce that registration is now open for the joint inaugural ASPiH & SCSN Scottish Symposium which is being held at Dynamic Earth, Edinburgh on Thursday 25th and Friday 26th April 2013. This joint symposium is a result of both organisations joining forces within a close working collaborative relationship that is committed to deliver a world class simulation and clinical skills conference in Scotland on an annual basis, sharing good practice and supporting the development of effective simulation and clinical skills education in healthcare throughout the UK. This year’s Symposium places particular emphasis on examining the impact of simulation on human performance and has several international experts contributing to the programme with keynote presentations and workshops. Keynote speakers include: Professor Pam Jeffries, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, School of Nursing Faculty Directory, John Hopkins University, Baltimore. Professor Michael Seropian - Medical Director, OHSU Simulation, Portland, Oregon.
