Comparative analysis of defocus curves of four presbyopia-correcting intraocular lenses with four designs: diffractive panfocal, diffractive trifocal, segmental refractive and extended depth of focus

The Panfocal, Trifocal, Extended-depth-of-focus, and Segemental Refractive IOLs provide comparably good distant and intermediate visual acuity. All showed good near vision, with only the EDOF IOL demonstrating lower spectacle independence.
