Establishing norms for mental well ‐being in young people (7–19 years) using the General Health Questionnaire‐12
ConclusionsOur results support the use of the GHQ ‐12 for the measurement of mental well‐being symptoms in children from 7 to 19 years of age. Overall, psychometric properties including sensitivity, suggest that the GHQ‐12 provides a robust indicator of short‐term mental state in children and adolescents.
