Judge Remands Benefits Appeal To Consider Possible Exposure To Agent Orange

WASHINGTON, D.C. - A federal judge in the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims on June 26 remanded a widow's case for disability benefits to the Board of Veterans Appeals for consideration of whether her husband was exposed to Agent Orange during his time in the U.S. Navy (Georgia Womack v. Robert L. Wilkie, No. 18-3099, Vet. Clms., 2019 U.S. App. Vet. Claims LEXIS 1076).
