City: Plaintiffs 'Inaccurately Assert' Claims In Arsenic Groundwater Litigation

FORT MYERS, Fla. - The city of Fort Myers, Fla., on June 19 filed a brief in a Florida federal court contending that the plaintiffs in a groundwater contamination lawsuit against the city "inaccurately assert" that the city was aware of low levels of arsenic contained in "lime residual" at a dump site and that their motion for leave to file a third amended complaint should be denied (Deretha Miller, et al. v. Fort Myers, et al., No. 18-195, M.D. Fla.).
