Exercise for the Non-Exerciser

Are you a Non-exerciser, like me? Recently, a quiz from Everyday Health on Exercise Personalities pegged me as a “Non-Exerciser”. What!? At first horrified, I quickly came to realize it makes sense.  I don’t really like exercising and do it because it is important to my health.
