NHS Diabetes to become part of the New Improvement Body from April 2013

Source: NHS Diabetes Area: News From April 1st a New Improvement Body (NIB) will be established to bring together the wealth of knowledge, expertise and experience of a number of NHS improvement organisations. As a consequence, NHS Diabetes will not exist in its current form after 31 March 2013.   A decision has not yet been taken on whether access to the website and the information and materials on it will be available after 31 March 2013. Users will be sign posted from the site as soon as it is known where electronic versions of the publications and resources can be accessed and obtained from April onwards.   The New Improvement Body will be hosted by the NHS Commissioning Board and will bring together elements of six current improvement organisations, whilst establishing a new vision and re-shaping the improvement landscape in health and healthcare.
