Determination of Stable Nitrogen and Oxygen Isotope Ratios in Atmospheric Aerosol Nitrates

This study provided a novel method for better understanding emission sources and transformation pathways of atmospheric nitrate.Graphical AbstractSeveral conditions of two-step chemical reduction method for simultaneously determination of nitrogen and oxygen isotope(d15N and d18O)of atmospheric nitrate particles, were optimized. An optimal scheme for accurately determining the d15N and d18O of the NO3- of the aerosol was developed.
