American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Pilot Research Award for Attention Disorders for Child Psychiatry Residents and Junior Faculty Application Deadline: All completed applications and attachments must be submitted by March 16, 2015 The AACAP Pilot Research Award for Attention Disorders for Child Psychiatry Residents and Junior Faculty, supported by The Elaine Schlosser Lewis Fund, offers $15,000 for child and adolescent psychiatry residents and junior faculty who have an interest in beginning a career in child and adolescent mental health research. By providing one award to a child and adolescent psychiatry junior faculty member or resident for pilot research on attention disorders, we support a young investigator at a critical stage, encouraging a future career in child and adolescent psychiatry research. The recipient has the opportunity to submit a poster presentation on his or her research for 63rd Annual Meeting in New York, NY, October 24 - 29, 2016. Award Requirements Candidates must be board eligible/certified in child and adolescent psychiatry, or enrolled in a child psychiatry residency or fellowship program. Candidates must have a faculty appointment in an accredited medical school or be in a fully accredited child and adolescent psychiatry clinical research or training program.
