Fogarty Selected to Chair University of Rochester Medical Center Department of Family Medicine

Colleen T. Fogarty, M.D., M.Sc., FAAFP, has been selected as William Rocktaschel Professor and Chair of the University of Rochester Medical Center ’s Department of Family Medicine, pending approval by the Office of the Provost. As of July 1, Fogarty will be the first woman to chair the department, succeeding Thomas L. Campbell, M.D., who chose to step down after serving 16 years as chair.
