Residents Sue 3M, Others For Tainting Groundwater With Firefighting Foam

CONCORD, N.H. - New Hampshire residents on May 24 sued 3M Co. and others in New Hampshire federal court, contending that they are liable for injuries caused by groundwater contamination from aqueous film forming foam (AFFF) (Robinson Smith, et al. v. 3M Company, et al., No. 19-560, D. N.H.).
