Statement on warning for women of childbearing age about possible safety risks of dietary supplements containing vinpocetine

U.S. Food& Drug Administration (FDA) advises pregnant women and women who could become pregnant to avoid taking vinpocetine, a compound in some products marketed as dietary supplements.
