Can't tell when I should eat, stopped feeling hunger, low energy

I'm a 20 year old male college student. Last semester (fall) was the first semester that I didn't have a meal plan, and because I wanted to save money and be healthy, I would cook basically all of my own food. In addition, I was taking a bunch of engineering classes and doing extra-curricular activities, so I was super busy. Also, I had been lifting weights for the past few years, so I eat a lot. At at the beginning of last semester, it was struggle to feed myself enough. I would find myself being hungry really often, and started eating at random times, but it seemed like I was able to feed myself enough. Eventually, though, I lost my ability to feel hunger - I would never get any feeling in my stomach telling me I should eat. And often when I wasn't sure whether or not I should eat, when I would eat a balanced normal-sized meal when I think I should (because I hadn't eaten much recently and was feeling a little low on energy), I would feel super tired afterwards (note that I was really disciplined with sleep, though, and always made sure to get enough). After last semester, during the holidays over winter break, I still had a hard time feeling hunger, but I was able to go back to normal energy levels. One day during break, though, I had just finished eating a lot, and then my family decided to go to out to eat at a place that I like, so when we got there, I ordered a bunch of food. Afterwards, my brain felt really cloudy, and I couldn't really think for the rest of the day...
