American Psychological Association Division 39: Psychoanalysis Committee on International Relations' Scholars Program The Committee on International Relations in Psychoanalytic Psychology of the Division of 39 of APA is pleased to announce the Division’s new Scholars Program. We are calling for applications for this program from internationally based students or early career professionals who have an interest in psychoanalytic psychology/psychoanalysis and cross cultural interpretations of psychoanalytic thinking. The program will run from the Division 39 Spring Meeting in San Francisco, April 22-26, 2015 until the Atlanta Spring Meeting, April 2015. All Division 39 Scholars will become members of the division for the scholarship year. Deadline: January 9, 2015 Sponsor: Committee on International Relations The Scholars will receive following benefits: A travel award of $500 for expenses to the San Francisco conference A mentor with whom the Scholar will meet at least once/month Subscriptions to all Division 39 publications Free access to Psychoanalytic Electronic Publishing (Pep-web) Recipients will be notified of their award by February 22, 2015. Eligibility Applicants must meet the following criteria: Be currently enrolled as a student or be an early career professional (up to ten years post-terminal graduate degree) in clinical psychology or related disciplines, including humanities.
