Myocardial infarction patient learning needs: Comparison of patient, family member and nurse perceptions

ConclusionPatients, family members, and nurses have different perceptions regarding the learning needs of patients with myocardial infarction. To create adequate intervention to meet patient's learning needs, there should be an accurate assessment. The results of this study support the importance of patient-centered, individualized education and attention to learning priorities.
