Abnormal sperm cells???

I have an important question, If my husband has a bad spermogram result, with a low count of sperm cells (less than 4 million), and all of them are abnormal in structure: 100 % of them are abnormal - meaning cells have different shapes, more nucleons etc, and only 2 % of them move... then Does this mean that the wife won't get pregnant, AND IF SHE DOES GET PREGNANT Does it mean that we will have a baby with defects? or Does it mean the wife will eventually miscarry? In the past I had two miscarriages, and the pregnancy happened with the first try. With only 4 million sperm cells. For some reason it doesn't even match the reality, does it? I would REALLY appreciate an answer. I asked many gynecologists, never did get an answer that convinced me. Thanks a lot for this great forum
