Job: Assistant Professor Evolutionary Biology UC Irvine
The Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology in the Ayala School of Biological Sciences at the University of California, Irvine invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Evolutionary Biology, broadly interpreted. Relevant topics include, but are not limited to: evolution of development, complex traits, population genetics, ecological genetics, evolutionary theory, systematics, phylogenetics, and comparative genomics. We are interested in applications from scientists applying both empirical approaches (including genetics, high-throughput genomics, and development) as well as computational/theoretical approaches (including statistics, theory, simulation, and bioinformatics).
