Perinatal risk factors and later social, thought, and attention problems after perinatal stroke.

Conclusions. Several perinatal factors were associated with a high incidence of social, thought, and behavior problems in children with perinatal stroke. These findings may be useful in anticipatory guidance to parents and physicians caring for these children. PMID: 22685688 [PubMed]
