lost weight quick - but now I am always tired!

Dear doctor, I used to be 78 kg (7-8 yrs ago), then went down to 60 (diets never worked for me, I lost weight all of a sudden, no clue how it happened, well i remember it was when I got married, so maybe marriage stress etc caused the weight loss - not sure), and now I am constantly 62-63, for 3 yrs now. I got very stable with this. I feel fine with this, but I am constantly tired. I try to eat more, and healthy food, and sometime sweets, and things to make me feel stronger (in the moment of weakness) but I always feel like I am almost fainting, but I never faint. It's just the feeling. I am quite tired, quite pale. My blood is fine, did the tests, all cells are fine, no anemia. I am just always tired. I can hardly finish my house duties, and all I want is to sleep and relax. I don't work outside of the house, not even interested in it, because I can't cope. Could the weight loss of 3 yrs ago that was quite quick be the cause for my current weakness? Why do I always feel tired? :(. regards, A.
