Omega-3s may not protect against atrial fibrillation

NEW YORK (Reuters Health) - The failure of fish oil supplements to prevent recurrent atrial
fibrillation in a new trial adds to a growing pool of disappointing evidence regarding the protective effects of
omega-3 fatty acids on heart health.
