Comparative transcriptome analysis reveals differentially expressed genes in the Asian citrus psyllid (Diaphorina citri) upon heat shock

This study provides a preliminary insight into the transcriptional response of D. citri to heat stress and provides a foundation for the future functional validation of genes involved in thermotolerance in this important insect pest in tropical and subtropical regions.Graphical abstract
