Humans adapted to day-length by tuning their circadian "clocks"

New research has revealed that during migration, humans' biological clocks evolved to adapt to different environmental conditions. The October Genome Advance of the Month discusses a study by researchers in Italy who describe the genetic adaptation of the human circadian clock that was driven by day-length in various latitudes.
